Q. How do I make a booking? A. Bookings can be made by either calling 1300 88 98 91 / 0425 840 276, or sending an email enquiry to sales@evanspartyhire.com.au Q. How much space is required for the jumping castle? A. The jumping castles we hire out are quite large, a space of at least 6m Length x 6m Width x 5m Height will fit most castles, they can be errected on grass, gravel or concrete, as long as the ground is relatively flat and free from obstacles.
Q. What payment methods are available? A. We accept cash on delivery and also accept Credit Cards ,Paypal & direct deposit into our nominated bank account as long as it is processed 2 days before the date of the booking. Full payment must be made before setup can take place.
Q. How long can I hire the jumping castle for? A. All our castles are hired out on a full day basis, normally we set up the castle in the morning between 7am & 10am, and pick up the castle between 5pm & 7pm. We do not hire out jumping castles by the hour, but arrangements can be made to suit any specific needs outside these times if required.
Q. What safety features do you provide? A. All our castles are either tied to Sand Bags or are peged down into the ground, All four corners of the castle are secured in this way. Evans Party Hire & sales also has $10 million public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Q. What age and how many children are allowed in the jumping castle? A. All our jumping castles are designed for children of ages 2 up to 13, with an individual weight of up to 55kg. The number of children using the castle at any one time should not exceed 8. |
